Maredyth and Fischer is located in Sacramento and has over twenty-eight years of combined experience in assisting clients throughout California with various legal problems with a focus on family law and education law. Family law encompasses divorce, child custody and support, restraining orders and adoptions/guardianships. We also represent teachers in employment related matters. We handle a select few personal injury cases and provide litigation support to those that need it. Finally, Maredyth and Fischer prepares estate planning documents such as non-tax avoidance trusts and simple Wills.

Our office is experienced in various forms of dispute resolution such as collaborative law, mediation, and of course, litigation.
